Work on Irvine Street slated for summer
Once school is out, work begins on Irvine Street reconstruction this summer.
The Township of Centre Wellington will be proceeding with the reconstruction of Irvine Street from Colborne Street to John Street from July to possibly early November.
However construction in front of St. Mary’s school is anticipated to be finished in time for the return of students after the Labour Day weekend.
Construction work will include roadwork, sidewalks, storm sewers, watermain and street lighting.
