Wire theft
On Dec. 17 Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a theft of copper wire on Eramosa Road.
Police say that sometime between Dec. 16 at 7am and Dec. 17 at 11:40am someone stole approximately 1,000 pounds of copper wire valued at about $3,500 as well as five car batteries.
