WILSON, Linda Retired nurse of Groves Memorial Community Hospital and member of the R.C.L. Branch 275, Fergus. Peacefully, surrounded by family at Guelph General Hospital, on Friday June 23, 2017, in her 71st year. Linda, beloved wife of the late Don Wilson of Fergus. Loving mother of Dan and his wife Lucia of Guelph and Scott and his partner Dinah of Toronto. Beloved partner of John Gates of Fergus. Dear sister of Gary Ferguson and his wife Sandra of Eramosa, and the late Robert Ferguson of Erin. Sister in law of Jayne and her husband Grant Shafer, Sheila and her husband Ralph Eisen, and Nancy and her husband Patrick Shannon, all of Fergus. Loving daughter of the late Ross Ferguson of Ospringe and Orma Ferguson of Eden Mills. Linda is also loved and survived by a number of other family members and friends. Interment to take place at a family plot in Coningsby Cemetery in Erin. The family will host a Celebration of Life and reception at the R.C.L. Branch 275, 500 Blair Street, Fergus, on Tuesday July 4th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Words of remembrance to begin at 6:00pm.
