Whittaker, Thomas Samuel (1919-2009); It is with great sadness that the family of Tom Whittaker announces his passing on Sunday, June 21 at the age of 90. Loving husband of the late Marie and the late Virginia, and stepfather to Sherry.  Dear son of Richard and Emma Whittaker, and much loved brother of the late Mary, Richard, John, Edward, Robert, Kitchener, and Wesley. Uncle Tom was a great favourite with his many nieces and nephews and will always be fondly remembered by them. He will be missed by his friends and family, both here and in the U.S. May he rest in peace. Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Tom’s life on Sunday, July 12 at 2pm at the Evangelical Missionary Church in Palmerston.
