Whitehead, Dorothy Irene (McHardy); Passed away at Groves Memorial Hospital, on June 20, 2012, at the age of 90. She is lovingly remembered by her children Pauline (Michael) Prashad, Vickie (Doug) Waechter, Howard (Darlene) Eveleigh, David (Cathy) Eveleigh, Terry (Maureen) Whitehead, Paul (Lisa) Whitehead, Susan (Chris) Vaughan, twelve grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews and sister-in-law Vera McHardy. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Vincent Whitehead, parents George and Elizabeth McHardy, sister Helen (Phil) Smith, brothers Jack (Florence), Irving (Nellie) and Donald, granddaughter Jennifer, grandson Adam and great-grandson Sebastian. Visitation was held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Visitation continued on Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 2-3pm followed by a funeral service held in the funeral home chapel at 3pm with Rev. Valerie Pitt officiating. Interment was at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. A reception followed in the Fireside Room of the funeral home.
