West Luther Beef and Vet Club

The West Luther Beef and Vet Club held their meeting at Jim Lindsay’s farm on May 6.

The meeting starated off with the 4-H pledge. Jocelyn Jansen was there from OMAFFA. She talked about the responsibilities as a calf owner in order to make sure members are showing healthy animals.

Then Dr. Jeff gave a little presentation about different parasites. He also suggested that you clear it up with Ivormec.

Then members did some judging. The topic for judging was hay and boots and members offered reasons for their decisions.

The rest of the meeting was held in the shed and closed with the 4-H motto.
