West Luther 4-H beef calf club meeting

The first meeting for the West Luther beef calf club was held at Husky’s in Alma on April 22.

The meeting started off with introductions, followed by the election of officers. Kayla Scott was elected as president, Adam Black as vice president, Reba Pastink as secretary, Justin Swanston as press reporter, and club photographers will be Sarah, Jessica, Clara, Molly, Allison, Rebecca and Hilary.

The leaders also reviewed with the members what will be happening this year. There are approximately 38 members in the club and its leaders are: Charlie Twiss, Heather Hargrave, Danielle Lennox and Aaron Hicks.

The next meeting was to be at Jim Lindsay’s on May 6 at 7pm.
