Building activity dropped in the township in 2013, according to a year-end report from chief building inspector Darren Jones.
He reported the township registered 243 permits last year with a building value of $18.2 million that resulted in $235,151 in fees.
That’s compared to 2012 results of 258 permits valued at $26 million that resulted in fees of almost $242,000.
In 2011, the township had 217 permits valued at slightly more than $16 million with permits valued at slightly more than $281,000.
Council approved the report.
