Watson, Elizabeth Mair Iris, nee Treharne; Peacefully at Dufferin Oaks Nursing Home, Shelburne, on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Lewis Watson (1984); loved mother of Ann Ferguson and her husband John of Ballinafad and Jane Aultman and her husband George of Waldemar; loving grandmother of Robin, Colin, Josh and his wife Carry and Barrett and his wife Kelly and great-grandmother of Shaelyn, Ethan, Emma and Keira; also sadly missed by her sister-in-law Violet, her friends and her other relatives in England. A Memorial Service was held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville on Monday, October 26, 2009 at 7pm. The family received friends 1 hour prior to service time. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Dufferin Oaks Nursing Home East Luther, Grand Valley wing would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Iris in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
