WALSER, Ronald Edward. Passed away peacefully at his home, on March 22, 2016 in his 84th year, with his loving wife of 65 years, Fran Walser (Merkley) by his side. Beloved father of Karen (Pat), Ray (Ann), Stephen, Nancy (Jerry), Sharon (Charlie), Rob (Pat), Cathy (Jim), Brenda (Wayne), Judy (Tim), Darlene (Dave), Doug (Deb) and Mike (Sara). Fondly remembered by his 28 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Survived by his sisters Anne Reid, Lorraine (Bob Obright), Bernice (Wylie Elliott), his brother Dave (Mary Walser), sister-in-law Ida Merkley and sister-in-law Bonnie. Predeceased by his son Gerry (Hairs), 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, his brother Howard Walser and brother-in-law David Merkley. Friends are invited to join the family at a Reception to be held at Elora Legion, 110 Metcalfe Street in Elora, on Thursday, March 24th, 2016 beginning at 12:00pm.
