Walkers place first at legion euchre event
The Palmerston Legion Ladies Auxiliary held a Challenge Euchre on Sept. 5.
High score was achieved by Marion and Jim Walker.
Shirley and Lloyd Franklin placed second and Marie Riff and Bonnie Marquardt placed third.
Hidden number winners were Betty Elliott and Bob Wade
Most lone hands were scored by Betty Gillies and Bob Anderson.
The next euchre is Oct. 3 at 7:30pm. All are welcome. Participants must bring a partner.
