Von SMART 30th anniversary fitness class

FERGUS – The Von SMART fitness program’s 30th anniversary fitness class was held at Melville United Church in Fergus on Oct. 17. The goal for this celebratory class was to conduct the largest fitness class ever, however attempts to reach out to Guinness World Records were denied so this year’s class will serve as the starting point for next year’s Guinness application. The entire routine was instructed by two trainers, one in a standing position and one sitting in a chair for those with mobility challenges.
