Belwood resident Brian Williams is celebrating after discovering he won $50,000 playing Instant $100 Million$ Fortune (Game #1779). Williams was in his truck when he scratched all three tickets he purchased and found out he was a winner. Williams plans to pay off all his debt and put some of his winnings towards a new home. The winning ticket was purchased at K. Edward Cigar and News on Southdown Road in Mississauga.  submitted photo
