Unsafe, unauthorized
On Dec. 11 at about 3:40pm a Wellington County OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Douglas Crescent here for an expired validation tag.
Cole Gray, 29, of Fergus, was charged with operating an unsafe vehicle, using unauthorized plates, driving without a validated permit and driving without validation attached to the vehicle.
He is to appear in Guelph court on Jan. 17.
