University of Guelph hosts two Owl Prowls Jan. 31 and Feb. 1
The Arboretum, University of Guelph has two “Owl Prowls” with Guest Naturalist, Jenn Bock scheduled for Jan. 31 or Feb. 1 from 7pm to 8:30pm; a great outdoor excursion for adults and children.
The program on Jan. 31 is for adults and teens age 14 and up. The program on Feb. 1 is for adults and children under the age of 14.
The Owl Prowl gives participants an opportunity to learn about the behaviour and adaptations of owls in the Guelph area.
The introduction to this program will take place indoors, but dress warmly in preparation for a walk outdoors.
The registration fee is $15 per adult, $8 per child or $40 for a family of four.
