GUELPH – “See the good – be the good.”
That’s the idea behind a new campaign that encourages positive behaviour in digital spaces.
On Nov. 20 the Upper Grand District School Board launched a district-wide campaign aimed at promoting kindness online.
The Kindness Campaign encourages all members of the board and school communities to join in and do their part to make the online world a better place to be by sharing tips and resources for positive online habits and modelling kind behaviour.
The campaign themes are to “make connections with good intentions” and “make kindness contagious.”
The Kindness Campaign launched online on Nov. 20; however the work will continue in UGDSB schools and offices throughout the school year, featuring student work and community connections.
