UGDSB county schools see seven principal/vice principal changes

The Upper Grand District School Board has announced next year’s principal and vice principal changes.

At the May 22 board meeting, the trustees approved nine principal changes and 19 vice-principal changes, effective Sept. 4.

The changes that impact Wellington schools include:

Principals

- Valerie Smith from Glenbrook Elementary School in Shelburne to Kenilworth Public School;

- Kathy Gossling-Spears from Salem Public School to John Black Public School in Fergus;

- Lisa Doering from Rockwood Centennial Public School to Ponsonby Public School;

- Jeff Crawford from Ponsonby Public School to Salem Public School; and

- Olivier Cutz (vice principal) from John McCrae Public School in Guelph to Rockwood Centennial Public School.

Vice principals

- Albert Boutin to Centre Wellington District High School in Fergus; and

- Heather Ginzel from Centre Wellington District High School to Westside Secondary School in Orangeville.
