Tye, Josephine Corrine (nee: Johnston)
Tye, Josephine Corrine (nee: Johnston); Born April 4th, 1922. The youngest of 10 children, born to Joseph and Nell Johnston. Jo married Jim Tye, who died in 2002. They had three children, Sandra (Cecil) Denny, Val (Dave) Broadfoot and Bev Peden. Proud grandmother to Jamie (Lyn) Denny, Cori (Bob) McGinn, Tirina (Bill) Bradford, Janine (Tim) Costello, Dean (Jenny) Broadfoot, Brian Peden and Brad (Cheryl) Peden. Great grandmother to Jarrett, Jordan, Jamie, Tye, Brock, Erik, Nicole, Drue, Grady and Avery, and great great grandmother to Tye.

Visitation was held at Melville United Church, 300 St. Andrew Street West on Thursday, November 22nd, 2012 from 11:00am-1:00pm. A funeral service for Jo followed at 1:00pm.
