Two health workshops in December at EWFHT
ERIN – December will be light on community workshops at the East Wellington Family Health Team as only two workshops are on offer.
The first is about heart health on Dec. 15 from noon to 1pm and it’s virtual.
The second is about feeding your baby and introducing solid foods. It’s on Dec. 18 and is also virtual.
To register, visit ewht.ca and go to ‘workshop calendar’ and follow the instructions. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent containing a link to the workshop. Participants will need access to a computer, tablet or smart phone to view the seminar.
