Twiss, Anne (nee Giesbrecht) R.N.A.; Retired from Obstetrics at Milton District Hospital. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 8, 2014 at Saugeen Valley Nursing Home in Mount Forest in her 86th year. Wife of Keith Twiss and beloved mother of Phyllis (Ben Dalimonte), Kathy (Bob Hunter), Evelyn (Jon Anderson) and Bob Twiss. Grandmother to James Dalimonte, Brigette (Bord Garrote), Tammy (Geoffrey Burton), Christina (TJ McCauley), Crystal Anderson and Lorrie Anderson (Marc) as well as 8 great grandchildren. She will also be remembered by Beverly Hunter and by her sister, Gertie Pries. The family received visitors at the J. SCOTT EARLY FUNERAL HOME, 21 James Street, Milton (905) 878-2669 on Monday April 14th, 2014 at 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. A funeral service took place on Tuesday April 15th, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
