Volunteers are still needed on Sunday, May 3 from 1 to 4pm.

Volunteers will plant 200 trees in Sunrise’s Equestrian’s front field to enhance Sunrise’s pasture for its therapy horses.

The project will be led by the Grand River Conservation Authority.

Volunteers will also help to ready the Sunrise Farm for spring.  Both indoor and outdoor jobs.  Volunteers will be raking, trimming, washing and painting and more. If possible, volunteers are encouraged to bring a shovel, rake, rubber boots and work gloves.

The cleanup will be a great activity for families and groups of friends. Refreshments provided.

Contact Lynne O’Brien to sign up for this day at the Sunrise Farm. For more information call O’Brien at 519-837-0558, ext 31 or email lynne@sunrise-therapeutic.ca
