Township to discuss operating budget Jan. 29
With the recent approval of its draft capital budget for 2014, Centre Wellington intends to deliberate its draft operating budget on Jan. 29.
That discussion starts at 11am, and will continue on Jan. 31 and Feb. 3 if needed.
Council will receive submissions from registered delegates at the Jan. 29 meeting.
Those wishing to make a submission are requested to register with the township clerk at 519-846-9691 ext. 242 by no later than noon on Jan. 27.
A copy of the draft 2014 budget will be available on the township’s website by Jan. 24 at the following link: http://www.centrewellington.ca/departments/finance/pages/default.aspx.
Paper copies will be available on request from the financial manager/deputy treasurer at 519-846-9691 ext. 223.
