Township signing subdivision agreement for Mount Forest residential development
WELLINGTON NORTH - The township is entering a subdivision agreement with “5053745 Ontario Inc.” (Brad Wilson) for a residential development located in northeast Mount Forest, bordered by Durham Street, London Road North and Birmingham Street East.
There are plans for 11 single-detached homes, a 10-unit townhouse block, and four semi-deatched homes with eight units—all located on 5.5 acres of land.
With the subdivision agreement in place, site servicing work can advance.
