Township seeking input from residents on draft 2024 budget

PUSLINCH – The township has launched its annual community engagement survey on the township’s 2024 proposed budget on EngagePuslinch.ca.

The budget is a strategic document that prioritizes the township’s services and programs. Feedback is important in setting priorities and guiding the vision and growth of the township, officials state.

“The completion of surveys such as the 2024 proposed budget survey helps to provide guidance to council as to what residents prefer when it comes to setting the annual budget for the year in order to maintain or improve services,” stated Mayor James Seeley.

“I continue to encourage residents to join the conversation and have their voices heard as council considers the 2024 proposed budget.”

The survey will be active on the township’s community engagement platform, EngagePuslinch.ca until  noon on Jan. 31. A public information meeting will take place on Jan. 17 at 7pm at township hall to receive public comments on the proposed 2024 budget.
