Town hosts walk to support guide dogs
The Lions Club here is hosting the Purina Walk for Dog Guides, a fundraising event to raise money for the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.
The event will be held on May 25 at 1pm at Forfar ball park.
Participation is open to all ages and fitness levels, with or without a dog, and there is no fee to register. One hundred per cent of the proceeds from the walk go directly towards funding Lions Foundation of Canada dog guide programs.
