TovellL, Laura Jean (nee Miller); With her family by her side at Dufferin Oaks, Shelburne on Thursday, October 24th, 2013 at the age of 67; predeceased by her husband William Ivan (2001); loving mother of Janice McGowan and her husband Don, Bill and his wife Kelly and Jennifer Tovell-Jamieson and her husband Doug; cherished grandmother of Graydon, Keera and Naomi and also her step-grandchildren Michelle, Danielle and Samantha; dear sister of Jim Miller (Barb), Elsie Kinsley and Audrey McIntyre (Don) and sister-in-law of Ernie and Marlene, Bert and Mary Lou and Marie Davidson and Danny Dillon. Laura Jean will be sadly missed by her other relatives and friends. Visitation was held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville on Monday, October 28th, 2013 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service was held in the chapel on Tuesday, October 29th, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery, Grand Valley. Memorial donations in memory of Laura Jean may be made to Headwaters Health Care Foundation or Juvenile Diabetes Association. A tree will be planted in memory of Laura Jean in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
