Third annual Whole Hog BBQ on Sept. 11
The Third Annual Fergus Whole Hog BBQ will be held on Sept. 11 at the Food School Farm next to the Centre Wellington Sportsplex in Fergus.
Eight chefs are ready to showcase their whole hog barbecue talents using heritage breed, organically raised local pork. Tickets can be purchased online at https://guelph.snapd.com/#/events/view/965400. Tickets are also available at Scotiabank in downtown Fergus, Fraberts Fresh Food, Santé and the Elora Bread Trading Co.
There is free parking at the Centre Wellington Sportsplex. Visitors are welcome to bring their own lawnchair to this outdoor event.
