Thieves hit hydro compound
On April 25 at about 6:30am, the Wellington County OPP was called to a theft that occurred at a Hydro One transformer station in Centre Wellington Township sometime overnight.
The unknown suspect(s) stole a hydro truck, trailer with an off-road vehicle and also chain and bush saws. The investigation is still ongoing at this time. The Wellington County Crime Unit and Street Crime Unit are assisting with this investigation.
