Theatre group hosts mystery dinner
A Mystery of International Intrigue by Susanna Lamy will be presented at David’s Restaurant here on Dec. 5, 11, 18 and 19.
For four nights, the Wellington Room will be remodelled into a luxury penthouse overlooking the Rideau Canal.
The hosts, Henderson and Candice Maple, extend an invitation to join the elite of Ottawa's foreign offices to view a unique Canadian anomaly: the Icicle Diamond. Excavated from the frozen tundra surrounding James Bay, the amazing gem of 328 carats will be sure to dazzle.
The dinner-theatre mystery presentation was written especially for Erin Community Theatre by Lamy, of Hillsburgh. This is the world premiere presentation of All That Glitters.
