The Sting rolls into Fergus in March
Elora Community Theatre presents the The Sting based on the classic movie at the Fergus Grand Theatre from March 3 to 5.
The Sting is based on the 1973 Academy Award-winning caper film set in 1936, involving a complex plot by two professional grifters out to con a vicious mob boss as payback for killing one of their friends.
The show is family friendly with more twists and turns than a bag of pretzels, officials state. They add that the play moves from one scene to another at a frenetic pace that will keep the audience glued to the seat.
