The Pirate Festival is coming to Marden Park from Aug. 5 to 7.
Vendors from across North America set up shop within the festival’s marketplace, while the cast and crew of pirates add flavour and adventure to the streets of the village.
Past events have featured live demonstrations of blacksmithing, leatherworking and boat building.
A variety of shows are offered throughout the course of the day and there is always a live band playing east coast- and Celtic-influenced music and more in the pub and dining area.
