GUELPH – On July 2, new song Until We Find the Sun will debut at Ignite concert 2022: in support of youth mental health.

Musician, author, and actor Alan Doyle wrote it in collaboration with local youth.

“The youth who collaborated on this project are an inspiration and have spoken beautifully on behalf of themselves and their peers,” said Doyle.

Local bands, The New People and CxViolet also contributed to the creation of the song.

Through a combination of video and live performance, the song will debut to a live audience at the concert. This family friendly event will take place on the infield of the Grandway Events Centre in Elora, in celebration of the accomplishments of event host, The Grove Hubs.

The Ignite concert 2022 lineup will also welcome popular Canadian talent, including Juno award-winning alternative rock band Dear Rouge, Danny Michel, and recent Juno award-winning artist JESSIA.

Local artists The New People, SHEBAD and Chelsie Popp will also be featured along with other exciting highlights such as presentations from The Grove, a food truck alley, beer garden, VIP patio, artist merchandise tents and more.
