Tartan Day set for April 5 in Fergus
Sunday from noon onward is Tartan Day in downtown Fergus.
With sponsorship from various partners, the Fergus BIA is promoting the internationally themed Tartan Day.
Everyone of Scottish descent, as well as anyone with an interest in Fergus history is encouraged to wear their tartan and other Scottish regalia, and to visit some well known haunts including: The Breadalbane Inn, The Goose and Gridiron, D’s Place, The Fergus Brew House, and The Goofie Newfie. A range of Scottish goods are available at the Wee Scottish Shop.
