Tartan Day concert in Fergus
FERGUS - Cassie and Maggie MacDonald are the featured performers at a National Tartan Day concert at the Fergus Grand Theatre.
The concert is on April 6 at 8pm and also includes bagpipes and highland dancers.
Presented by local promoter WeeAlec Productions, the event promises to be “an evening of exceptional entertainment and celebration of Scottish culture.”
The MacDonald sisters are award-winning musicians who have earned international acclaim for their innovative interpretations of traditional Celtic music.
Their unique blend of fiddle, guitar, piano and step-dancing, infused with their signature style, has delighted audiences around the world.
The National Tartan Day Concert will also showcase the stirring sound of bagpipes and the beauty of highland dance.
