Vehicle crashes through front entrance of Erin business

ERIN – Police are asking for information to help piece together what happened after a vehicle drove through the front entrance of the Farm to Paw Boutique and Market here on Tuesday.

Wellington County OPP officials say they were called to the scene, at the business on Main Street in Erin village, on March 28 at about 10:30am.

Police say the driver, a 73-year-old Erin resident, was not hurt in the collision.

Two employees in the store were also uninjured.

Farm to Paw owner Barb Spears said staff members who witnessed the crash were shaken following the incident, but still came to work to help with the massive cleanup.

The store was open the next day.
