Survivor fundraiser supported Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington

Fundraiser - Fergus’ Motion Electric Contracting raised $11,280 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington over the last three months. The “Survivor”series included Survivor: Vino, Survivor: Gift Cards and Survivor: Cash Money.

The fundraiser was an elimination draw where teams of six were entered into the draw, names were drawn each day for elimination and as long one team member’s name was still in the draw, the whole team had a chance to win the prize. In Survivor: Vino, 168 bottles of wine were distributed to winners; in Survivor: Gift Cards, 216 gift cards were distributed to the winners and in Survivor: Cash Money, $3,600 was distributed to the winning team to be split six ways.

All proceeds from the draws went to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington.

“Big Brothers Big Sisters does such wonderful things for our community and we were so happy we could all come together to raise money for this amazing charity,” said Sarah Machin of Motion Electric Contracting.
