And they’re off - The Subaru Guelph Two triathlon and duathlon took place at the Guelph Lake Conservation Area on Aug. 31. The first wave of sprint triathlon participants ran into the water to start the swim portion as the first event of the day.

And they’re off - The Subaru Guelph Two triathlon and duathlon took place at the Guelph Lake Conservation Area on Aug. 31.

The runners of the duathlon began their race just after the swimmers took off.
The duathlon and triathlon competitors took on the cycling course at the same time.
