Stolen plates
On Feb. 10 at about 6am, a Perth County OPP officer pulled over a vehicle with stolen licence plates.
Travis Wand, 24, of Palmerston, was charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, flight from police, driving while disqualified, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of methamphetamine and failing to comply with a probation order. He was held for a bail hearing.
Tracey-Lynn Duncan, 32, of Elmira, was arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime, possession of methamphetamine and failing to comply with a probation order.
Both are to appear in court at a later date.
