Stewart, Aleck Josiah

Stewart, Aleck Josiah; Peacefully at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener on Sunday, July 1, 2012 in his 74th year. Aleck J. Stewart of Ospringe, was the beloved husband of Audrey for 34 years. Loving father of Rick Stewart and his wife Chris, of Strathmore, Alberta, Jason McNaught and his wife Krista of Guelph, and Troy McNaught of Guelph. Predeceased by his son Perry Stewart (1978). Aleck was greatly loved and will be missed for all his playful ways by his grandchildren; Allie, Sarah and Noah McNaught, and Carman and Shannon Stewart. Aleck will be dearly missed by his brothers Ed Stewart and his wife Lorna, Vern Stewart and his wife Laura and fondly remembered by their families.   Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where family will receive friends on Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held at a later date.
