Stan passed away peacefully on February 2, 2009, at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of the late Lorma (Nov 08). Loving father of David and his late wife Debbie of Rockwood, Craig and his wife Cheryl of Fergus, Andy and his late wife Donna of Fergus, and Ross of Guelph. Devoted grandfather to David, Laura, Philip, Wesley, Andrew, Bill, Mary and Jimmy. Dear brother of Robert. Predeceased by parents Wilfred and Jean, and sister Eleanor VanAllen. Masonic Service will be held prior to visitation at 6:30pm. Visitation will be on Friday, February 6, 2009 from 7-9pm at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 37 Church St. Elora.Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 11am. Interment to take place at the Elora Cemetery.
