St. Joseph’s Parish Catholic Women’s League celebrates 100th anniversary

FERGUS – On March 14, the St. Joseph’s Parish Catholic Women’s League (CWL) celebrated its 100th anniversary. Over the past century, the league has grown from a handful of women to a formidable force focusing on promoting spiritual development, service and social justice. Members have supported the less fortunate through food drives, community service projects and fundraisers, and have also supported Catholic education. The CWL celebrated its anniversary with a mass, followed by dinner.
