St. James Fergus selling tarts, holding dinner - all are welcome
FERGUS - St. James Church in Fergus is holding two events in September that are sure to be of interest to local residents.
The first is the church’s annual tart sale on Sept. 9 from 9am to 1pm at the church.
The second event is dinner with live entertainment by the MooreBand.
This event is set for Sept. 16 on the grounds behind the church.
Cost is $25 for adults, $10 for children aged seven to 10, and free for children six and under.
The (cash) bar opens at 5pm and dinner and live entertainment begins at 6pm
The menu includes pulled pork or chicken on a bun, Uncle John’s coleslaw, potato salad, corn on the cob and pie.
