Special needs soccer festival on for July 8
The 2017 Special Needs Soccer Festival is scheduled for July 8 from noon to 4pm at Victoria Park.
The fifth annual festival, organized by Fergus Elora District Soccer, is a community event that invites families from all over the area to enjoy a day of fun and to meet some the area’s special needs community.
There are many free activities for the whole family, including cake.
This year’s theme is Christmas in July.
Some of the activities include soccer games, the fire department’s pumper truck, face painting, OPP cruiser, photo booth, Fergus Pipe Band, dental health tent, Canada 150 tent prizes, live music and a chance to say hello to Santa Claus and Murphy the Tooth.
