South Guelph Rotary holding Give a Smile fundraiser

GUELPH – The Rotary Club of South Guelph has a unique fundraiser with its Give a Smile program.

Caricature artist Ben Percic is donating his time and talent to benefit the club, which in turn uses the funds to benefit the community.

“For more than 20 years Ben has worked as a professional artist creating humorous illustrations, designs and painting. His art has been published and purchased by customers from around the world,” organizers say.

Percic works from photographs and makes his images on a digital tablet. Those who purchase a caricature will receive a hi-res jpg, png or pdf file as they prefer.

He can include as many as three faces per image. Caricatures cost $75 per face.

The club suggests this might be a great gift for yourself or for family and friends, and would make a great wedding, birthday, retirement, anniversary or baby gift.

Orders will be taken until May 4 and can be placed on the website www.guelphsouthrotary.ca.
