Society plans fundraising garage sale
HARRISTON - The Harriston Historical Society is hosting a fundraising garage sale on the weekend of May 27 to 29, beginning at 9am each day.
The event will be held at 79 Elora Street North will feature items such as woodworking tools, care supplies and assorted household items.
Pies will also be available.
The Harriston Historical Society is dedicated to preservation of the unique heritage of Harriston and the Town of Minto through archival collections of vintage pictures, documents and artifacts.
Membership is open to all individuals who support the purpose of the society. Availability as a member to periodically volunteer is appreciated.
The annual fee for membership is $5. More information can be found on the society’s website.
