ELORA – On April 14, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington (BBBS CW) hosted a special event in preparation for the annual soap box derby on July 1 in Elora. Former Canadian and international soap box derby champion, Chris Etherington was on hand at the Elora Centre for the Arts to offer advice on cart construction to young racers and their parents.
