Guelph-Eramosa Township recognized three honourary Rockwood Snow Angels.

At the June 19 council meeting Mayor Chris White recognized Colin Craig, Riley Patterson and Garret Patterson from Summit Snow Plowing who voluntarily plowed a local senior’s driveway, free of charge, after every snowfall this winter.

The Rockwood Snow Angels provide snow removal assistance to community members who are unable to shovel their walkways or driveways on their own.

“The service that volunteer Snow Angels provide contributes a tremendous amount to the overall well-being of our community,” White said.

“Volunteering with the program is truly ‘the neighbourly thing to do’ and we appreciate the efforts and kindness of these volunteers.”
