Smith, D. Murray;  Suddenly at Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Marjorie Smith of Arthur.  Dear father of Brian (Wendy), Dennis (Laurie), all of Arthur, David of Guelph and Paul (Lynn) of Arthur. Loving grandpa of Marisa, Matthew, Joelle, Wyatt, Hilary, Matthew and Evan. Survived by brothers Ken (Carol) of Brantford and Norman (Nicole) of Ottawa, brothers-in-law Henry (Marlene) Burnett of Ballinafad, Donald (Margaret) Burnett of Oakville and sister-in-law Marilyn Atcheson of Calgary, Alb. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George (2006) and Catherine (2000) Smith, brother Bill Smith (2002), sister Margaret Smith (2004) and brother-in-law Gary Atcheson. The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Home, 243 George St., Arthur on Friday, April 12, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service was held from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 149 Frederick St. East, Arthur on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. Spring interment McKee Cemetery, Belwood.
