Small shed fire knocked down quickly
WELLINGTON NORTH – Wellington North firefighters responded to a rural shed fire around 12:30pm on Oct. 30.
“It was a pretty small fire that our crew knocked down fairly quickly,” said Wellington North director of fire services Chris Harrow.
Harrow added that, while damage was minor, the fire was “something that could have been bigger, but amounted to not much.”
Firefighters from Mapleton also responded to the fire in a small, wood-filled shed.
