SHAW, Gerald - Sadly, Gerald (Gerry) Alexander Shaw passed away peacefully at his home on December 17th, 2017 with his family at his side. Gerry was a loving husband and best friend to his wife Patty during their 44 years together. He was a dedicated father to Brad, his wife Jane, and Shelley and her husband Dave. He was loved dearly by his grandchildren, Sarah, Branden, Asher and Kai. Gerry will be greatly missed by his twin brother Richard, wife Patty, sons Jerritt & Jayson, and his sister Bette. Gerry will be remembered by best friends Harold, Jane and Juliet & Mario. Gerry was a man with a heart of gold who was dedicated and committed to ensuring the happiness of everyone around him. He will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Life was held on Wednesday, December 20th, 2017 at Giddy Funeral Home, 37 Church St West, Elora from 1:00 to 4:00pm, with a special dedication beginning at 2:00pm.
